Workout of the Day
Joel has distilled his years of athletic study into his signature series, Workout of the Day (or WOD, as it’s affectionately known). This flexible session:
- Burns up to 1000 calories in only 1 hour
- Alternates intense aerobic & anaerobic interval training with 3-D total body strength & conditioning workouts
- Utilizes efficient, effective, unique, & dynamic 3-D training concepts
Who Is This For?
If you’re ready to give 110%, this is for you — it doesn’t matter what shape you’re in, or what your experience is. Joel works with executives in their 50s and 60s, serious athletes in their 20s, and everyone in between. Workouts will be modified to meet your ability.

Registration
Joel’s central program revolves around the WOD (Workout of the Day), a group workout session which he can tailor to every individual’s needs. You’ll sign up for either a 3x per week program, or unlimited sessions per month.

Locations in
Ballard and Lake City
Once registered, you may choose to attend any of Joel’s WOD sessions at either NW Crossfit in Ballard, or The Training Center in Lake City. You’ll use our online scheduler to book your times (and private sessions if you need one on one time to enhance your progress).
